Why don't you supply the alcohol?

A liquor license is required to sell alcohol in the state of North Carolina. As a mobile bar company following NC liquor laws, we are not legally allowed to purchase alcohol for your event... BUT the good news is we give you a shopping list before your event and tell you the quantities needed. This way you aren't being overcharged when it comes to purchasing alcohol and can pick the brands you prefer.

So if I'm providing alcohol, why do we need your service?

GREAT question. While you as the client would be providing the alcohol, we are coming prepared with everything else you will need including a portable bar, ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, straws, napkins, and most importantly, competent bartenders who will serve you and your guests so you have one less thing to worry about at your event! Mobile bartending can often be more affordable in the long run than other bar services when comparing the service you get.

Are you insured?

Yes! We hold general liability and liquor liability insurance policies.

Do you travel?

We travel anywhere within North Carolina but do charge an additional travel fee for any events more than 50 miles outside of Concord, NC (70 cents per mile).

Do you only serve alcohol?

No! We can customize any package to include any non-alcoholic options such as soda, lemonade, tea, or custom mocktails. etc.

What if it rains? Can we reschedule or move our date?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rescheduling events due to rain. In the event of rain or other inclement weather, we rely on the client to accommodate covering such as a tent or indoor capabilities.

How do I book with you?

If you're interested in our services, please fill out a form on the contact page to get an accurate quote for your specific event! From there, we require a signed contract and a 50 percent deposit of the total amount to secure your date.
